ShahRukh Khan is in big trouble for his superhit movie Om Shanti Om. Well, the Veteran actor Manoj Kumar is very unhappy with the way his character has been portrayed in the movie. He has threatened to sue Shah Rukh Khan for aping him. He said that he will sue Shah Rukh and Farah Khan for what he alleges is a conspiracy to humiliate and ridicule him. Manoj Kumar told the CNN-IBN that ‘People who make such movies do not know the meaning of respect and decency.

Om Shanti Om has proved be a greater hit than Saawariya. The review that it has got is good and better than Saawariya but it has not turned out to be as it was expected. The movie’s total credit goes to Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika. A Farah Khan movie has lot of expectations but when she has Shah Rukh Khan she need not worry.

The king khan of Bollywood is in big trouble. He has been given a legal notice for smoking in public. The notice came from the National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication for smoking during the Hindustan Times Leadership summit. The summit took place earlier this month at the 20-20 match in Mumbai. This time Shah Rukh has put himself into trouble, the court has given Shah Rukh 15 days time to reply over the matter. This is not the first time that the big stars are targeted, earlier it was Mr. Amitabh Bacchan who was caught with the same problem when he was caught smoking on hoardings. The national organization for Tobacco is a Panaji based NGO. There are several other people that smoke, but the NGO’s always target the celebrities. Well that’s why they say it’s not easy to be a celebrity. Lets see hoe the Badshah of Bollywood deals with this problem?

The Queen of soaps is hunting the Khans of Bollywood to perform at the television awards nite. Ekta Kapoor’s television awards will be held in December in the United Arab Emirates. The latest buzz is that either Shah Rukh Khan or Salman Khan will be performing at the event. The business head of the Balaji telefilms says Right from the start Ekta was sure of one thing - that her television awards show should be as big as the film awards. Ekta not just wants to bring any star but she wants to bring the stars who are associated with television so Shah Rukh Khan is the best option. Currently talks are being made to have a performance by shah Rukh. Ekta said that she always wanted television to get its recognition and she feels today, television is able to deliver more glamour, grandeur and density than the average ‘multiplex’ film. The home medium has certainly come a long way and she feels great that television has reached so far.

Rajkumar Hirani goes for a change from Sanjay Dutt to Shahrukh Khan. Who can forget the rediscovery of Gandhian views in Lage Raho Munna Bhai, it was one of the finest movies of Sunjay Dutt and now it will be Shahrukh Khan creating the same magic for us. Hirani has decided to take Shahrukh Khan for his next project. Hirani was always interested to work with SRK and Sharukh khan was his first choice for Munnabhai MBBS but things didn’t work out with him so Sanjay Dutt got the role.

After giving us a hilarious Pepsi ad, the newly discovered combo of SRK and John will be seen on the silver screen for yet another acclaimed director – Rajkumar Hirani’s next film. And believe it or not there is more to the already great combination. The film is based on the famous book “Five Point Someone: What Not to Do at IIT” by Chetan Bhagat.

ShahRukh receives a new French honor. King Khan is the first Bollywood personality to receive this French honor of having a place at the French Graven Museum in Paris.

SRK’s statue will be installed in the museum that has great Indians like Salman Rushdie and Mahashweta Deci. Recently SRK was given the French honor the Officier dans l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters). Great going SRK, you’ve made India proud.
