Salman Khan will be acting in Arjun Kapoor’s movie. You must be wondering who this new director on block is? Well he is the son of Boney and Mona Kapoor. Salman Khan has not done any project after his movie ‘Partner’ which was directed by David Dhavan. He has always acted with experienced directors then why did he choose to act in a movie which is being produced by a new comer? I think there is some secret behind this which is yet to be revealed. Earlier Salman acted in the movie ‘No Entry’ which was produced by Boney Kapoor and now another Kapoor in line. The movie is scheduled to release next year. Let us hope the movie turns out to be good. If Salman has agreed to do the Movie it has to be good. The title of the movie has not been decided yet and we still are curious to know who will be casted opposite Salman Khan. No points for guessing…………. We just have to wait and watch.

The Queen of soaps is hunting the Khans of Bollywood to perform at the television awards nite. Ekta Kapoor’s television awards will be held in December in the United Arab Emirates. The latest buzz is that either Shah Rukh Khan or Salman Khan will be performing at the event. The business head of the Balaji telefilms says Right from the start Ekta was sure of one thing - that her television awards show should be as big as the film awards. Ekta not just wants to bring any star but she wants to bring the stars who are associated with television so Shah Rukh Khan is the best option. Currently talks are being made to have a performance by shah Rukh. Ekta said that she always wanted television to get its recognition and she feels today, television is able to deliver more glamour, grandeur and density than the average ‘multiplex’ film. The home medium has certainly come a long way and she feels great that television has reached so far.

Now that Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan are under the police eye, Bollywood is finding itself in a great jeopardy. Who can replace the two of the most countable actors? The question has shaken quiet a few. “They are cult figures and they have a certain equation with the audience which makes them indispensible,” says David Dhawan.

Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik roshan, the other countable stars have their hands full. So the only ones remaining are Amir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgan, John Abraham and Saif Ali Khan. Will they be able to deliver more number of quality acts than they usually do? So the hope remains on the recent comers Riteish Deshmukh, Sharman Joshi and the debutant Ranbir Kapoor and the likes. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have been in news due to their speculated marriage for quite some time now. But looks like there is some real time problem for this impending marriage. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya is here to bring back the happening on-screen chemistry between Salman Khan and Rani Mukherjee. The story is inspired from the short story titled “White Nights” written by Fyodor Dostoevsky. The movie is yet another musical by Bhansali which is set in the British Raj in India. Shot extensively in Simla, the movie has been in news for one more reason- star kids, Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor.Rani Plays the role of a prostitute named Gulab and Salman plays a young dreamer. “In the short story, the protagonist is young 26 year old man who is a dreamer. He comes across a young lady at St. Petersburg and their story begins. The story is named White Nights as it is actually a weather phenomenon in St. Petersburg when days are as bright as night. The short story is based on four nights that the protagonists spend together.”
